Dularo Pa More is a free game made by Henyo Games. Install it, play it, enjoy it. These terms cover the boring-but-necessary parts: there is no warranty, there is no gambling, and please don't attack the servers.

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Dularo Pa More ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. The app is free

The app costs nothing and is supported by advertising. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid content. Every one of the eight games is available without payment.

3. Your licence to use it

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
• modify the app or use a modified client, or use bots, automation or memory editors to manipulate scores;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or anyone else's use of the app.

4. No gambling, no real-money play

Dularo Pa More is a game of skill. There is no wagering, no betting, no real-money prize, and no in-game currency that can be bought or cashed out. Scores and rankings have no monetary value.

5. Your scores and your data

Your progress and records are stored on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them permanently, and we cannot recover them for you. What the app does send us is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Ads

The app displays advertisements, currently for our own apps. Ads may link to listings on the App Store or Google Play, which are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or availability of anything outside the app.

7. Our content

The app's code, artwork, sounds and name are owned by Henyo Games and protected by copyright and trade mark law. The traditional Filipino street games the app is based on — sipa, holen, tumbang preso, piko, luksong tinik, patintero, teks, shatong — are part of our shared cultural heritage and belong to everybody; our particular expression of them does not.

8. Changes to the app

We may add, change, suspend or remove games and features, or discontinue the app entirely, at any time and without notice. Because the app is free and your data lives on your device, this costs you nothing but the app itself.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henyo Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including, where applicable, your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to our servers for anyone who breaches section 3.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Philippines will have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the law of your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
